AASML production capacity is 45 tons yarn / day with consumption of 22.5 tons of poly (1.2 denier, 38 mm) & 25.5 tons of cotton on daily basis. AASML is producing polyester & cotton blends medium counts ranging from Ne 14 ~ Ne 36 for both carded & combed material. We are focusing to produce contamination free yarn with a set up of contamination sorting by 150 lady workers. Counts being spun at present are:
